The Beginnings
Our company has been working since the early 2000's. Back then, We have undertaken a partnership with a producer in China. Fideli was once a one-man-company, dealing with RC car and toy import. Next, We were selling our product on the "allegro" marketplace. We have started our "company" in our owner's flat, next, we have moved to three containers in his yard.
Kecja.pl Wholesale
As soon as during our second year of existence, We have decided to develop by working on a new system which was to increase our sales in the “dropshipping” model. Soon, we launched the Kecja warehouse, which took its name from the name of one of three daughters of the biblical Job. Our warehouse was one of the biggest wholesalers of toys and RC models in Poland, furthermore, We were one of the first ones to introduce the dropshipping model on our market. Since then, We try to keep the atmosphere in our company as friendly as possible, treating our workers as a part of family and partners as close friends.
Safe import
With the usage of our experience, We have started the "bezpiecznyimport.pl" wholesale site, on which We have integrated the current warehouse availability between us and our Chinese partners. Thanks to the aforementioned software, Polish companies could easily import these products from China at visibly lower prices. In this model, We were the only ones taking the risk coming from the import process.
Brand's development
In the meantime, We have introduced another brand - Emily, under which, We have produced a variety of educational toys and RC helicopters, which later, have found their way into the "Media Expert" stationary shop.
ArtB2B and RoletyB2B wholesales
Development of our own in-house printing branch, photographic wallpapers and painting production while also working on the blind and pleated blind introduction ideas- this was our next step. Our IT section has created an original graphical system, which has highly improved our manufacturing capabilities. In addition, we operate on the basis of our own production management system, which optimizes the ordering process in terms of quick order's execution.
B2B + ERP development
At some point, We have decided to sell "Kecja" and "Bezpiecznyimport" wholesalers, however, this step was not equal with the end of our company's activity, in contrary, this was another step towards its development. Soon, We have integrated our systems with the Baselinker's ERP largely improving our offer managing capabilities. We have also introduced sales automation tools. Furthermore, in order to improve our partner's sales, We have decided to train them in the usage of implemented systems. All for the sake of mutual success.
Amazon
Since 2020, We are also present on Amazon marketplace, which potential is a lot higher, when compared to Polish “Allegro” marketplace. Furthermore, We have also decided to cooperate with various companies which specialize in Amazon's account improvement suggestions and featured training implementations. With a passing time, they became our strategic allies, training our partners, who cooperate with us in the dropshipping model.
Our vision for the future
We have always dreamt about a company led in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Since our beginnings, we have tried to keep this idea alive. Furthermore, many of our partners have become one of our best friends. Despite the fast-paced world, our values remain unchanged.
